It is moments like these that make the Office so special.

[picks up the mostly knitted mittens] Oh Phyllis, nice try. So what did everybody else think? In that one moment, all of Pam's feelings of doubt and insecurity in regards to how Jim feels about her have washed away.Pam is Jim's everything. I believed this was all one guy, and that his best behavior could rub right up against his most frustrating behavior – that he could be wise and serene one moment, and then in the next a quivering mess who needs to hear Holly’s voice on the speaker phone to know that he’s doing the right thing in leaving.

• I also could have done without most of the material involving Gabe, and would like to think that would have been the first stuff cut had NBC chosen not to super-size the episode.

It's a real challenge to watch this scene without shedding at least one tear! When Dwight and Angela get married, Jim decides to pull the "best prank ever" on Dwight by getting Michael Scott to come back to Scranton after a whole season hiatus. • Speaking of Rory Flenderson, I’m surprised it took the show this long to have Warren Lieberstein (who’s been on staff for a couple of seasons now) in front of the camera to play fictional brother to his real-life brother. Excluding Jim and Michael's Goodbye Scene, which moment has made you the most emotional throughout the series. I know Alec Baldwin got to play multiple Jack Donaghys a couple of weeks ago, but the naive part of me wants to believe that this episode might be enough to get him a nostalgic farewell trophy. It is too beautiful for words, and if you don't cry during the video montage, there is a good chance you don't have a soul.Jim finally gives Pam the letter that he wrote to her from his Secret Santa gift, the one he planned to give her years ago. Read on to find out! When Michael and Holly decide to move to Colorado in order to start a brand new life as a married couple, it is time for everyone in the office to say their emotional goodbyes.
Directed by Paul Feig.
One advantage of posting a review this late is that you’ve all had more time than usual to contemplate this one if you so chose. And that says a hell of a lot more about the Emmys than it does about Carell. All the latest gaming news, game reviews and trailers

Dwight overhears the love of his life Angela accepting a date with Andy.

He talks about how he was so emotional that they couldn't shoot the scene right away.

• As Mike Schur and Shawn Ryan and so many other people have continually pointed out on Twitter this season, Steve Carell has never won an Emmy. Poor Jim!In this scene from season 2, Jim and Pam are sitting together near the vending machines, and Jim isn't allowed to talk because he has been jinxed. He learned to appreciate Michael’s loyalty when Josh Porter bailed on the company for a better job with Staples. • Two hilarious Creed moments: the callback to his monologue from season 3’s “Women’s Appreciation Day” about how “I like to go in the women’s room for number two” (and Erin’s reaction suggested this is a well-known fact around the office), and then Creed having stolen Michael’s discarded (and no longer needed) “World’s Best Boss” mug. Sometimes, he even fluctated within individual episodes. Pam tells Jim that he looks like he needs to tell her something and that he can tell her anything. Then you see the look on his face after she says that, knowing Pam is the love of his life despite the fact that he can never be with her because she is engaged to someone else. But, as we discover from the video Jim made for her, this is the opposite of how he truly feels. He asks the people making their documentary about Scranton to compile a bunch of clips revolving around the evolution of Jim and Pam's love life. Phyllis: Oh no, they're still not done. [waves goodbye to her with the mittens] [Michael begins walking out the office, he takes one last look at all his friends to see them working, and Jim looking back, teary eyed]

With Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer.

What were some of these heartbreaking moments with Jim? • The show in recent years has played pretty fast and loose with the idea of the documentary crew as an actual entity, but Daniels made repeated references to their existence – Jim complaining that they now film inside the bathrooms, for instance – which then primed the pump for both a bittersweet joke (Michael takes off his mic pack, meaning that his final “That’s what she said” is inaudible) and just a sweet, mysterious moment (Michael and Pam have a “Lost in Translation”-type final conversation where the crew can’t pick up what they’re saying, presumably because Pam didn’t bother to clip her mic back on after racing through the security line). Michael Scott: Phyllis.
