I’ve definitely learnt my lesson and won’t book with Vueling again Althought it was very timely process getting a refund due to covid-19. We have tired on several occasions to contact them to discuss the matter and request a refund but it is impossible to reach someone and we keep receiving templated responses refusing a refund- terrible customer service, this was supposed to be our first experience of flying with them but would never use them again after this experience, they have wasted a lot of my time and made a stressful situation even worse!!!
