During the last 6 months QBE have not apologised for the inconvenience, lack of communication, i requested a hire care to be provided while the repairs were rectified but they would not provide this, a car they said could be provided by the repairs however the excess for this was $2700 which i was not willing to take as the excess was pretty much to buy the repairer a new car.
